Provided by YP.comBe very careful. Went in for routine gyn exam. The nurse practitioner sent Quest sample and apparently wanted information that was deemed "experimental" according to Quest. Quest billed me 75.00. Quest said this office does this all the time. Office did not respond to my inquiries. L. Clifford
