Purchased a mooring cover for my 2001 Sea Ray BR last year. Also got the snap kit to install the snaps on the cover. Lot of work to install the snaps and ended up that the snap kit (adjustable wrench with the snap attachment) was defective. After installing the snaps some of them popped off. I explained this to the customer service rep and she said they knew the snap kit was defective so they sent me a new one which had the snap attachment welded on and a few extra snaps to replace the ones that fell off. Since then all the rest of the snaps have come off and now my mooring cover is only being held on by about a third of the snaps. I sent an email to customer service several weeks ago asking for more snaps and my email has gone unanswered so now I have to go buy some snaps to replace the ones that have fallen off. Not a huge deal but for the tons of money and time I spent on this cover it's disappointing to say the least. The cover itself is OK. water pools in a couple of areas on it and the grommet for the main section pole came out and I had to jury rig that but it keeps water out of the boat .

This company takes care of the costumers for life! My 1995 bimini top had a broken eye bracket. After emailing customer service rep, he sent me two new brackets at no charge.

This place is hard to understand THE LADY who answered the phone told me I was not a legimate business and I have been in business for 35 years. Sorry thes people don't want new customers but am glad someone told how the are poor/

Company is a Ripoff and has poor quality covers. Cover lasted 3 years and then shredded apart in a storm. Then they were not even willing to go back and duplicate a previous order that was placed in 2009. Poor Service and Poor Quality.



Willing to pay for another cover and they were not willing to provide service of a repeat order!



Use another company other than Great Lakes Boat Top or Westland Boat Covers.

Stay away. Quality is inferior. even though they are the OEM mfr. for Sea Ray, the canvas I bought for almost $3k didn't fit right and I had to have it locally modified. Will never buy from them again. Small savings vs local quality house not worth it.
