These guys are awesome! A good friend referred me to them a few years ago after years of trying out a bunch of dishonest mechanics. My wife and I finally feel like we found an honest mechanic that try's to save money while doing what's best for the car. They are highly skilled and get things done in the timeframe they estimate. They also recognize my voice over the phone and know our exact cars by heart without even telling them. We do all our oil changes and repairs with them, and I appreciate their customer service.

I am looking for a place that I can take my car to. I inquired about an oil change. There was no interest in giving me a first time customer discount. The price was high. I would have had my oil changed there if someone had shown an interest and continued giving them my business for my auto maintenence and repair.



I look at it as their loss. I would have brought my mother'scar there and referred my friends there too. Oh well!

This place is GREAT! I have been coming here for the past 3 years. They always get my car fixed properly the first time, never try to sell me anything I don't need, and my car is always finished quickly. Make sure you do not confuse this place with the corporate Firestone store off of Sycamore, that place is awful!!! The guys that work here are very knowledgeable and friendly. I know that when I come in my car is in great hands. It is nice knowing that in a day where people will do anything to get a dollar out of you that there is still a place that is just happy to have my business instead of how much money they can get out of me me that day. I will be taking my cars here for years to come!

I've been a customer of Vista Firestone Brake & Smog(711 S. Santa Fe, Vista, Ca. 92083), for the past nine(9) years.

They were the only auto repair facility that was able to diagnose and repair an engine problem that five(5) other facilities could not solve.

The Vista Firestone team has always provided very good service to my vehicle needs. I have recommended their service

to friends and family over the years. Always courteous, and not"pushy", Vista Firestone has provided great customer service. I will continue to use this experienced and dependable team on my vehicles.
