I live in this apartment for half an year. When I moved in, their service is very good. The officers there are very nice. However, a few months ago, the officers changed. They are totally bad!!! My air-conditioner didn't work, so I went there to report this on Tuesday. Someone in the officer promised that they would find someone to check it at least Wednesday. As a result, my father got a day off to wait for the repairman. However, no body came Wednesday. I called to report that situation on Thursday, and they told me some one came to check it already on Wednesday. How ridiculous it is!!! My dad was at home the whole day. They are just totally cheater!!!! Anyway, we made an agreement to let someone fix it on Friday. However, I still waited for the whole day, but nobody came!!! I have to go out later, so I rescheduled with them for another day. However, when I called them 5 minutes later to tell them that I can still wait for them. They told me the repairman had already gone!!! What the hell!!! Then, Ashley hung up on me!!! They didn't even respect their customer!!!! I paid every month. I think I should not be treated so badly. Most important of all, I think they are race bias on me!!!
