This place to me the such a amazing place. They have so many wonderful services that help you feel great. It's a complete mental and body makeover. They have an oxygen bar/ and chamber, power plates that has completely help transform my body. Plus you get a personal trainer that really motivates you. Great zumba classes, fit ball, strength and core classes. They have a infrared jade sauna, compression massage, facials, waxing, mani and pedi"s just so many great things at this place. its a one stop experience to get all your needs met. If your looking to feel better about yourself and get fit. This to me is by far the best place to help transform yourself to be the best new you:)

Great place great staff great results. Before finding New U I use to work out at a regular gym. I would work out 5 days a week for at least and hr a day and i experience very little results.



Being frustrated I switched to New U and in my first 10 days there i lost 15 lbs. The power plates along with the meal plans and motivation from the trainers allowed me to exceed my goal and now i feel and look better then ever.

I am so impressed with New U. The staff and trainers are amazing. This is place is one of a kind. With one membership you get amazing workouts, beauty services and a spa all in one. I was able to complete the challenge and lost 10lbs in 10 days. I couldnt be happier

This place is Great. I am a currently training to compete in the San Diego Triathlon April 19-20. This place has work wonders on my Strength and Conditioning. The comfort of being able to train, then relax, then recuperate all with in this one building is truly something special and one of a kind.

Riding my bike in the area and seen the New U sign. Advertising a place to exercise, relax and rejuvenate your body... Me being a health freak had to come see what this place was about. Today is my First Day, and I LOVED IT!! This place is truly one of a kind, if you care about taking care of your body then you will Love it as I do.

New U Rejuvenation Center has done wonders for me. It is truly a unique one of a kind type of place. I have told all my friends and family to go visit the place. On Saturday's I will spend the whole day at New U, I start by going to the 9 am Zumba class they have then I will work out with my personal trainer. I will then transition to the relax and rejuvenate phase of my day by relaxing at the oxygen bar from there I will either go to the full body massage suit or the infrared sauna, and around 3pm I will end my day by detoxifying my body with their foot detox machine. The only concern I had was, with my money situation being tight I could not afford to sign up for another membership. However the owner worked with me to come up with a flex plan membership that I am very thankful for. So in the end I ended up getting my husband and I a year long membership for less than what I would spend in a day at La Costa Resort.

It is one of a kind an experience that I wish everyone should experience. I was searching for places that had an Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber for my son who suffers from Autism. I happen to stumble across New U Rejuvenation Center. It is located in a quaint well lit area with beautiful landscape.



While my son was in the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber I took this time to take a tour of place to take in all of this new equipment I had never seen. Jann who gave me the tour informed me that they often have specials and at this time they were having a 2 for 1 special if i purchase any service or membership they would give me a free one. Who can turn down free. I ended up purchasing the beauty pass for my self and receiving the day pass free for my husband. There was something for all of us to do, I started by getting a manicure and pedicure while my husband worked out with a personal trainer on the Whole Body Vibration ( A work out that you HAVE TO experience). In the mean while my son was having a blast at the oxygen bar experimenting the different flavors of oxygens. After my husband work out and my mani/pedi we went up stairs were where my husband tried the pneumatic massage a massage suit that made him feel like he was being massaged by 8 hands at once. While he was getting his massage I laid in there Jade Infrared Sauna, where I lost calories and felt very relaxed.



To end our day we all went back down stairs where my husband, son and I tried there foot detox. At first I was a bit unsure it looked very gross all of this stuff coming out of our foot in to the water but when they explained to me the benefits, I jumped in the water. I would much rather have all the bad stuff out of my body then in my body.



New U is almost like disneyland they offer so many relaxing holistic things that it is hard to find time to experience it all in 1 day. That is why we took advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free and me and my husband became full time members.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I recently went in for a day pass, which entitled me to four different services, and had the most fit yet relaxing and pampering day ever!



I was first intrigued by the location it was in, it is very private and has plenty of parking space, except on Thursday nights, it tends to get pretty hectic when both Iron Fist and New U are open. The facility is huge and has a number of different amenities that range from fitness to therapeutical services.



I was able to first experiment a workout on the whole body vibration machines they have, which are pretty intense but very beneficial. I was then taken upstairs to enjoy a FABULOUS back massage, lye and burn calories in the wonderful Jade Infrared Sauna that is available in the day pass as well, and was finally able to finish off my day by detoxifying my body with a foot detox. It's pretty yucky but totally worth getting the toxicants out of your body. The price's were really reasonable for the services I was given. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Wonderful Service! I went to New U because of the great reviews I had seen on YP, So i wanted to try their weight loss program. I tried the 10 day Weight loss program, which was an absolute miracle I lost 17 lbs in 10days. The whole body vibration is far pass other work out equipment and the personal trainers are great.

Absolute Miracle! My Dr. recommended that I used the hyperbaric chamber after I had finish my tummy tuck surgery to help speed up the healing process. The extra oxygen did miracles it cut my healing time and half. After seeing the trainers workout their clients I wanted to give the whole body vibration machines a try to keep off the weight I lost. I absolutely loved it doing 30 minutes of work out accumulated to two hours traditional work out. Just my type of work out!! Thank you New U you have a member for life.

NEW U IS THE BEST EVER!!! I went to New U by accident, I was going to the Iron Fist Brewery and stop by New U to get some Oxygen to sober up to drive home. I ended up doing the Massage Suit and Jade Infared Sauna and also Foot Detoxification. I have never felt so good in my life it really gave me a New U. The staff is very polite I would recommend New U to all ages.

Today I visited New U Rejuvenation for the first time and was absolutely blown away! The hospitality and service that both Susie and Mrs. Jann Mitchell displayed made the experience that much more inviting and satisfying!! They are extremely knowledgeable. The tour and complimentary service was fabulous and the facility is breathtaking!!! I am looking forward to starting my new membership and becoming a new me!!!

My friend I decided to do the 10 day reset program together. You lose 10 pounds in 10 days. We were both really happy with the results. I loved the shakes and bars. They really keep you full. The trainers are really knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness. You can defiantly see the results right away. My friend lost 8 pounds and I lost 6. We also both lost a lot of inches.
