I am thoroughly impressed with the service we received from Jordan Tallmadge at EcoWater SoCal. He was very polite, treating our home with respect and going out of his way to make sure we were happy with the service; extremely knowledgeable, giving detailed explanations of the tests he took and outlining the way the EcoWater system works to purify our water; and very thorough, taking the time to make sure everything was done just right, including straightening out and tightening up the faucets before he left. After this experience I will certainly continue to use EcoWater for our whole home water system. Thank you EcoWater and thank you Jordan, I greatly appreciate your expertise and professionalism!

I have had nothing but outstanding experiences with this company. The installation, the customer service, the responsiveness have all been top-notch. I just spoke with Kyle, who walked me through a brief troubleshooting process and then told me exactly what I needed. Great service seems to be in short supply these days, but it's alive and well with these folks.

I've had my system for a year. We've enjoyed not having to buy bottled water. The system works well, especially with the direct connection to the refrigerator. We have had issues with the tanks pressure, but customer service has been responsive in helping address the issues. Once the system is up and running, it works great. We make coffee, and don't have to worry about calcium build up in the machine, and the direct water source is a big help for all types of applications including easy access to great tasting water without the hassle of collecting g garbage cans full of water bottles. I almost regret not getting the full home system. Even though the tank has pressure issues, and there are long wait times for technician's, as long as you contact customer service promptly and stick to your appointment, they'll take care of it.

Kyle has provided me excellent customer service. He took the time to help me over the phone with an issue i was having when i replaced two filters. Kyle is very knowledgeable and patient. He scheduled a technician to come out and fix the issue, the day of the appointment, the original technician was not able to make it on time, so he sent someone else to my home to fix it, and even though it was almost the end of their shift he made it happen. I appreciate his quick response and his followup. Thank you Kyle
