These people were supposed to deliver flowers to me for my birthday from my 92 year old friend. She called them and they said they could deliver them on 10/21 - no problem. I got them yesterday, 10/27 after they had been shipped, finally, on 10/26 in a box - no water. Their stories to my friend - too busy, broken vase, flowers not fresh enough - each phone call - different excuse. The lying continued when my friend demanded they call me and apologize. Rica said she tried but I didn't answer - little did they know I was sitting by the phone - they never tried. This place still charged my friend for the flowers - God knows how much. They are okay but not worth the pain it caused my friend who was trying to surprise me. You people are horrible and should not be able to put the BBB on your website or anything else that is good for consumers. I'll be passing along this story to all I know in the San Diego/Escondido area - and I know plenty!! Jerks.
