i had arthur brown come out for what we deemed a small job. it was a bigger job than expected and the cost rose with the increase in labor. i was sooo surprised by the cost, but i was more impressed with the owner and his wife who worked with me in good faith to make two payments. Alice the owner was soo sweet that when I recieved my salary, i couldn't wait to pay her. Its an amazing company who does excellent work and who I now am happy to report has a kind heart.

We own a commercial office building and use this company for our annual back flow testing. They are very accommodating and friendly. I think their pricing is fair for the service that they provided for us. We will continue to use them for all of our back flow testing.

One of the best plumbing companies that I have encountered. Gave me the low down on what needed to be done. Gave me a right on price. Not only will I recommend family and friends. But Phil is definitely turning this place around. A+ Plumber that takes pride in his work. Thanks again to Arthur Brown Plumbing.

I don't usually post reviews about anything although I rely on them when looking for businesses. But I was so impressed with this company that I figured I owed it to them. From the moment I called they made me feel like my stupid clogged toilet was the most important thing they had to do. Prompt service, clearly described the problem AND the solution and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. I felt like I had my own personal plumber.



I would recommend Arthur Brown Plumbing (in Carlsbad) be the first and ONLY call you make for plumbing services. They have earned my business for life!



And yes I am going to place this review everywhere I can!!!
