Fist visit. Teeth cleaned. Left alone for fifteen minutes. Then a man rushes in probes in my mouth and rushes out. Doesn't say a word. I asked who was that? Oh Dr. Williams. You'd think he was a rock star who needed no introduction. Second visit. Staff informed me I needed to fill out my name and address again for their records. I said nothing has changed. The woman then got visibly irritated and became rude and pushy and insisted I conform. I walked out. Then they had he audacity to charge me for a no show! Clearly I had showed. I had even filled a cancellation that day so they got two no show payments! I paid because I didn't need those hustlers to ruin my credit!

I have been going to Dr Williams for over 5 years. I had gotten invisalign braces and just didn't love them. They did everything to make my experience positive and financially possible. Dr Williams has a great staff that are always so nice. Dr Williams cares about his patients and that makes him a great doctor.

Dr Williams replaced 2 crowns and whitened my teeth. The process was great. Only took a week to get my crowns back. The staff is so nice. Couldn't ask for better experience.

Dr. Williams hurt and took advantage of my grandmother. My Grandmother just told me about the experience she had with this dentist and it has left me nearly in tears. A few things that this dr. did are 1) while taking an impression of her teeth (which took him almost an hour to do) he dislocated her jaw, she needed a chiropractor to get it realigned again. 2) placed a tooth poorly in her mouth, leaving her speech impaired and feeling uncomfortable and 3) the receptionist pressured her to get unnecessary dental work costing $5000 for for teeth. This is to name a few although there is much more to this story. They did horrible work and overcharged my Grandma which makes me very angry. I hope to convince my Grandmother to report them to the BBB or at least not pay them all that was due. She needed to go in several times because of the poor work done in the first place, costing her even more money. In my eyes, they are crooks!
