Employees are rude on the phone. Leaving the customer on the line for up too or longer than 10 Minutes. Only reason I go to walmart is the 4 dollar prescription ..

I was a customer to a different pharmacy only because it was closer to my house and they had a drive through. One day my pharmacy told me they no longer took my insurance so I thought it would end up being a big mess to get started with a new pharmacy. I walked into Walmart and told them my issue and that I needed my refill but I didn't have my prescription because my old pharmacy had it. They took down all my info and told me they would take care of transferring my medication over and if they had any problems they would call my dr and myself. That very same day I got a phone call telling me my medicine was ready!! :) pick yo line was a little long but moved quickly!! The people their where friendly and took the time to speak to me about my medication and answered any questions I had. I'm happy with my results and I'm still a customer as of that day in January 2012

This place is disgusting it's always hot and packed with idiots especially the staff you go in there wearing a hoodie and they think you are stealing and it's raining outside . I get followed and it's Terrible service . Their prices claim to be the best but no matter what when you leave it adds up and doesn't save you money , you might as well go to Kmart . It's terrible how they treat their employees and it is unfair that you see nothing but women working the registers as you do with many businesses in this town .

This place only hires single mothers on welfare and then they use you pretend to give you a job after just to find any reason to fire you . It's corrupted and unfair it only cares about the tax write offs they get for hiring the single mothers on welfare .
