This company came out in the beginning of March to help with water backing up. I showed him the clean out to snake right outside of the bathroom. He said he would snake the shower drain instead. He worked on this while also stopping to text on his phone several times; out at his vehicle, while in the shower, while setting up, and while cleaning up. I finally asked him if the office was texting him and he said no, that his daughter and grandchildren were at his house. He charged us $210 which included a $15 coupon. He quoted the job at 1.25 hours but really, without the texting breaks it should have been less. Now, in mid-April, we have had to call another plumber out to help us with water backing up again. This plumber actually did snake the clean out outside of this bathroom (that I had asked Visalia Plumbing to do and he did not) and it appears that this took care of the issue. We did not call him as we did not feel he would fix this per his prior comments.

Had some toilet issues. Plumber came out today to work on it. Fixed it right up. Even cleaned up after himself which is a plus. Thanks Adam and Visalia Plumbing team!

I live near Exeter. I called Visalia Plumbing at about 11PM on a 4th of July weekend Saturday night regarding a lengthy sewer line between the house and the street that had a complete stoppage. We had several guests staying at our residence. "Mike" was there in about twenty minutes. "MIke" unloaded his machinery and began immediately fixing the problem. He made the task look very easy and resolved it quickly. I have done same thing myself before and knew what it would require. Bottom line: I have never had a repair service that late on a holiday weekend night exercise that kind of discipline fixing the problem, that level of professional behavior and a pleasant courteous respectful attitude from a technician/owner ever. The costs for repair; absolutely more than fair. Thank you.
