Two years ago I had to Replace a Shower Enclosure, They did a great job installing it. I have also had them make a small screen for my Bathroom window and had them make a new sliding screen door. Each time they did a great job I used them 15 years ago to replace a window at my last house I owned. Also did a great job.

Don't care if customer is satisfied. We just sale glass is the answer you get. Don't call you back. Drag things on for months. Never will do business again and will tell everyone I know.

You would think, for such a nice looking business, service would be good...at least. That was not the case with me.
I recently took in a "small" table which needed a glass top, and I was told they would call me later on the same day with an estimate....nope! It's been more then a week...and still no call. Hello!?
Finally, I decided to pick it up and they didn't even seem to care. They really need to focus more on their service.
