Thank you so much South Court Pharmacy... I love the family friendly service you provide to my family and I... You always have my children's medications pre-ordered and ready to go when I get there... It makes me feel that you care about my children's health and education and I can't say that about most pharmacy's... So thank you again.

Family owned and operated. Personal and speedy service.

They know me by name and make it easy to get my prescriptions.

I really appreciate these folks and now I'm spoiled!

I can't even imagine having to ever do business with Walgreens, Rite-Aid, CVS, or whoever again.

Thank You SCP... Randall S.

I am absolutely appalled at the way I was treated by the pharmacist at South Court Pharmacy today! I called to check on the status of a refill request today and he very rudely told me no they were not ready because I had not even requested them to be refilled. I informed him I had called yesterday and submitted the refill request. He acted very agitated and then told me that I had to wait till tomorrow and call him again to have them filled. When I asked why he very rudely told me to just call tomorrow to have them filled. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I told him I did not appreciate the rudeness and that I had a right to know with whom I was speaking. He still refused and started yelling at me and I told him maybe I need to change pharmacies if that is how they treat their customers. He just laughed at me and said I definitely should go to another pharmacy, and continued verbally abusing me so I hung up. I called back, hoping to get someone else that I could talk to as I had never been treated in this manner by anyone at that pharmacy before, and I wanted to know who I had spoken to so I could let the manager know about how this employee was treating their customers, but lucky me I got the same guy again. I asked for his name and he still refused to give it to me and told me I was not a customer anymore. I told him that he cannot just dismiss me as a customer because I won't tolerate being mistreated in that manner. He told me he could do whatever he wants and can refuse service to whomever he chooses and he hung up on me! I called back a third time but still got him again. I asked him why in the world would he think it was appropriate to treat people in such a manner and that I had the right to know who he was. He just told me I am no longer a customer and that he can treat people however he wants to and kept verbally abusing me so I just hung up! This has got to be illegal somehow! How can this person, even if he was the pharmacist himself, get away with treating people in such a manner and for no reason to boot! I did nothing to provoke him. He was just grumpy and rude from the get go. When I brought to his attention it just made him literally go nuts on me! What are my rights? What do I do now? How do I get justice???

I would advise to do whatever ...

I would advise to do whatever is in your power to NOT use this pharmacy. I would like to prevent others from going through the same headaches I have had to go through. First of all let me say that the only reason I used this pharmacy is that it is the only one in Visalia that can compound the drug I was prescribed. The pharmacist has failed to provide me with the information I need in order to bill my insurance on my own; and has not only failed to provide me with the information but has been exceedingly rude during our conversations. In addition to this when I went to pick up my last of the course of treatment I was charge more than double what I had been charged on the three previous courses (initial courses were $1.59/pill, last one was $3.81/pill), all were within a 12 week period of time. When I questioned this "overcharge" I was hung up on by the pharmacist/owner himself; upon calling back I was told by the girl who answered that he "didn't want to talk to me anymore". I was eventually able to speak to him again and was then rudely informed that he owned the place and it was his rules and that he could charge whatever he wanted. While in theory this is "true" it is not good business practice. I for one will never go back there. If I ever need this medication again I will drive out of town to Fresno or Bakersfield if necessary.
