I called to get my carpets cleaned and they gave me a quote based on my square footage and what I wanted done. When the technician arrived the first thing he did was say, "this is way more than just 2 rooms, I have to call.. " then he complained about the job (it was 330pm) and asked if he was charging after hours rates. When he measured my house and came back with the hard price the cost was Double what I was quoted. I called the office and went back and forth with them. They offered me a discount ( still $150 more than quoted) I said no and they left. I then called AllClean who had done my floors before and they called an off work employee and did my floors that night (5 pm) for the originally quoted price (which is what they quoted me based on sq footage)
I'm so disappointed that a Visalia business would do this. We are a small town. They even had the audacity to say "we are not the cheapest ma'am!' I didn't care about the money... It was the principal.

I called Service Master to clean my carpets. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Joseph Gutierrez, the technician did a great job. He was professional, courteous and informative. My carpets look like NEW. Before he left, he measured the rest of the house so all I have to do is call and tell them what rooms I want cleaned. Service Master keep up the great cleaning and keep the Great staff like Joseph Gutierrez!! FB friends give them a call, you will be very HAPPY!!
