Ruddy's is the BEST! I have bought and SAVED hundreds of dollars worth of kitchen stuff for my rental homes and my OWN home. Very knowledgeable staff. If you want it....they will find it.

DO NOT do business with Ruddy's Appliance. I purchased a microwave/vent unit and had it installed by them. After some time I noticed that the smell of food would linger in my home even after turning on the microwave/vent unit installed by them. I took it upon myself to check the duct work and to my SURPRISE...the duct was NOT connected to ventilate. The connection and duct work was already in place but they took the easy way out by installing and covering up the "Vent" with aluminum sheets within the cabinet.

I called the appliance store and "Bonnie" ask me over and over how she could help me after I told her the issue more than once. I was told that she would return my call the following day and nothing. I then called her and she told me that she lost my number and again she asked me how she could help me. Again...Really? At this point she told me that her boss "Chuck" would call me the following day. Days later, no phone call from Ruddy's Appliance. I just gave up. I figured that I will rather pay a PROFESSIONAL to come and connect the duct work rather than incompetent and rude people from Ruddy's Appliance.

Save yourself a headache and don't waster your time making a purchase from this appliance store.
