Excellent! Aldiva 'Ali' Rubalcava, (Clovis office) was very professional and she guided me throughout the whole process! I could tell she was taking her time in explaining everything to me, and I really like that. She ensured I understood everything. That made me feel very comfortable. Oh and did I mention she's Portuguese!? ..knows English and Spanish as well! Also, she's easygoing, knowledgeable, friendly and an understandable person.

Great customer service they care and also try to help you as much as they can they go over everything with you and slowly and clearly

Before this I had spoken to several Credit Agencies and and found out they were only looking for the money and not that interested in taking care of my credit finally I spoke to Carl at Sierra Pacific mortgage he told me to speak to Caesar I gave Cesar call and he gave me more information and listen to things I was talking about better than any company I have tried I feel confident that now I'm at the right place to get my credit repaired thank you

Yvonne was very knowledgeable about my credit report and how she explained it to me, I felt very comfortable working with here and I have great confidence helping me on getting my score up.

Haven't really interfaced yet. Just scheduled an appointment for 12 pm today in order to gather info.

I have started working with Cesar. He took the time to answer all my questions. He went step by step on how I can improve my score. I felt very comfortable in the process. The most important part was, I did not feel pressured into paying for their service.
