Went to get chinese food from the hot deli and took pictures of roaches crawling on the wall behind the deli and on top where they keep the sauces, forks, and spoons. Disgusting

Due to the distance to get to R&N Market, I try to look at sales to determine what I need. It is easier for me to plan a shopping trip to Costless in Hanford because they are reliable in posting their ads on Tuesday. I can't even find any information anywhere in regards to what R&N sale items are. I was thinking of driving to Visalia to buy specific Oriental ingredients, but I can find a lot of sales nearer to home and I do have some ingredients on hand. If it isn't important to you that customers receive good service, why should we be loyal to your market?

I love the large Asian section...

I love the large asian section of the store that was added on a few years ago at the far left hand side of the building. The manager there is very friendly and helpful. The store is clean, good customer service, good prices and good produce too! I will always shop there.

The health department needs to pay them a visit

I would give 0 stars if I could. I'm very disappointed in the management as well as the quality of products. I had to return items over and over, the first time I bought the 10 pound bag of leg quarts, I got home and realized the bag did not have an expiration date on it. I called the store and the manager told me it doesn't need an expiration date because they receive them weekly. I told him, yes, it does bc its meat l. How is the customer supposed to know when it expires. ... so he said he called "the company" and they're good, "don't worry". He wouldn't give me the number to call them myself. Secondly, I purchaed their brand of sour cream. I came home, opened it and it was curded already, spoiled. Again I had to waste gas to come back and return it, barely any words were exchanged and didn't get an apology but that's fine. Strawberries were priced wrong, I got to the register thinking they were $1.98 and was charged $3.98. I told them and the same manager told me I was wrong and he wouldn't even check until I practically begged the guy to look himself. He finally did and said I'm wrong. But it was clearly marked $1.98. I see the store putting out chicken that's half Frozen half thaw and I know to be safe if chicken if Frozen then thawed it must be cooked before re Frozen. Seems like the health department needs to check it out as well as their sad sad "deli" area.

Fix it, bc you just lost a customer, and you'll be losing more.
