I bought a hand gun two months ago and still do not have my gun. It had a defect in the screw that they said they can fix. Well when I went to get my gun they tried to fix it an could not. They told me they had to send it back to manufacture to get it fixed. Low and behold two months later as of today the guy told me it still is at the shop and they never sent it in. The manager did not want to talk to me. No one has called me once on my gun. Poor customer service. I was a repeat customer and I will never come back to this place. I am not able to get a refund or my gun. So I am a sitting duck out money and a gun registered in my name.

Good service for a very busy establishment. I was very impressed with the way customers were treated and their rules on guns locks are great. I did a PPT there and was treated as if I was buying one of their guns. I would highly recommend them.

We have purchase a few different firearms from PRK Visalia store & have had Fabulous experiences every time. We have had to wait our turn a few times but we get the undivided attention of each employee that has helped is when it's our turn. Their knowledge is exceptional & they answer as many questions as we have. Always pleasant & friendly service, even when they are very busy. We would recommend PRK to friends & family any time! We will be back to PRK to purchase many more firearms!

MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS AT THE 1st STORE IN FRESNO. ON 12-28-11 THE DAY I RETIRED FROM PEACE OFFICER SERVICE I WANTED TO MAKE A PURCHASE. THERE WERE PEOPLE AHEAD OF US AND I WAS IN NO HURRY. I NOTICED THAT WHETHER THE CUSTOMER WAS WELL INFORMED OR A NOVICE TO FIREARMS THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF WHAT WAS ASKED. WHEN IT WAS MY TURN I TOLD 'FRITZ' WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND MAY BE INTERESTED IN SOME OTHER THINGS. I ALSO FOUND OUT THAT THE DAY YOU PICK-UP YOU FIREARM THAT YOU CAN ALSO TAKE ANY LONG GUN OR SHOTGUN THE SAME DAY AS WELL, AS LONG AS YOU BUY IT. OTHER STORES DON'T SEEM TO WANT TO DO THAT. I BOUGHT 4 THAT DAY AND TOOK HOME 7 THE DAY OF PICK-UP. WHEN THE VISALIA STORE OPENED I WENT THERE AS A MATTER OF CONVENIENCE. THE SAME THING APPLIES. IN JUNE I WENT TO A LOCAL GUY WITH A LIST OF GUNS I WANTED TO MAKE A DEAL ON. FOR VARIOUS REASONS HE COULD'NT DELIVER, HE EVEN TRIED TO SELL ME A SPRINGIELD XD .40 FOR $650 INSTEAD OF THE GLOCK 22 GEN 4 I WANTED. PRK VISALIA LOCATED AND PRICED OUT EVERYTHING I WANTED. THEY EVEN FOUND ME A REMINGTON 1911 CENTENIAL LIMITED EDITION AT THE REGULAR CENTENIAL EDITION PRICE, SAVING ME HUNDREDS. I HAD SOME GUNS COME IN FROM AN AUCTION AND THEY MADE THE TRANSACTION EASY. MAKE SURE WHAT YOU BID ON IS CALI. LEAGAL BEFORE BUYING. IF SOME OTHER DEALER TELLS YOU NO, PRK MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT ANSWER FOR YOU. I WENT IN AFTER THE 'NEWTOWN' TRAGEDY TO PICK UP MY STUFF. THEY WERE PACKED AND ON #15, MY # WAS 34. WHEN THEY NOTICED ME THEY SAID HELLO OR 'HOWS IT GOING. IF THEY KNOW YOU THEY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU BUT STILL TREAT PEOPLE EQUALLY. WHEN MY TURN CAME I FINISHED MY PAPERWORK AND LOADED 6 OF THE 7 I HAD WAITING FOR ME WHILE I SENT A 47 YEAR OLD WINCHESTER TO THEIR GUNSMITH BEFORE TAKING HOME. I MAY AT TIMES FIND THINGS LESS ON-LINE OR ADVERTISED SOMEWHERE ELSE WHEN IT'S 'OUT OF STOCK'. FOR LOCAL BUYING I WON'T WASTE MY TIME ELSWHERE. IT'S TOO BAD IF SOME HAD BAD EXPERIENCES, BUT EVERYTIME? HARD FOR ME TO BELIEVE. I MET THE OWNER AT THE 12/1/12 FRESNO GUNSHOW, GOOD GUY WHO ALSO HAS A 'DAY JOB'. I WOULD BET HE WORKS HARDER THAN MOST TO GIVE US WANT WE WANT. AS FAR AS PREDJUDICED. MY DAD WAS MEXICAN, I GREW UP BLACK, LIVED WITH ORIENTALS, AND FIRST WIFE WAS PURTO RICAN. WHAT AM I? 'AMERICAN!'.

This store SUCKS! Period. I went in there with my wife and waited about 15min for one of the workers to just acknowledge our presence in the store even though their were only 4 costumers. I asked one of the workers if could see a particular gun up close and he acted as if I didn't belong in the store . I am not saying he was prejudice, just that he seemed like he was in a horrible mood. Their gun selection is indeed decent enough, however, their prices are just ridiculously high. I DO NOT recommend this store at all. If you are looking too buy a gun, please save yourself a headache and look somewhere else.

Their customer service does need to improve,I've been there three times sofar and cs sucks. Their selection of guns is cool though so I guess if you can wait then its the place to go

Worst gun store i have ever been to. Over priced and the customer service is even worst took over 45 min to get someone to help me with only 3 customers in the store and 4 people working behind the counter. Your better off going to another gun store even the pawn shop would be better , so if you want to get ripped off go to PRK Arms.
