I am sadden to be writing this, I have used Package Depot for over 7 years now and have never had any problems until today. 2 months ago I had 2 packages to send, one of the packages were cookbooks. I was told the package for the books was going to cost over 50 dollars to send, I remarked how that was expensive considering they were just books. I was told that there was a book rate and would I be interested, I said of course. The new book rate was only 15, so I said yes send that way. I was not made aware that if I sent it this way I wouldn't be able to track it. I didn't even think about asking since I had the other package sent with tracking.
It has been over 2 months and my box never made it to its destination. So I called Package Depot and was told by a women on the phone, sorry no tracking nothing we can do. I asked for Jimmy the owner since I had worked with him many times. When I was shown absolutely no concern that my package was missing, I became upset. Rightfully so as a customer who went to a packaging place of business assuming I'd get better service than using USPS directly. Wrong, I was repeatedly told to stop yelling, my voice does get loud when I am upset or excited but yelling I was not. What I was doing was not allowing Jimmy to talk over me and try and remove any onus from their responsibility. What has happened to customer service? Does it even exist here in the valley. I for one will never go back to the Package Depot by Savemart off of Noble Ave. What a shame because I was very fond of the owner Jimmy but it seems he is only good when you don't have a problem.

I can heartily recommend Package Depot service. I have received excellent, efficient and friendly service from a gentleman ***? There was an occasion I spoke to another lady and she was also friendly and helpful. Well done to TEAM Package Depot

I have used Package Depot - Notary service last night for our new house closing; the older guy was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable on all documents and explained all thoroughly. He did a wonderful job and we were so pleased with his professionalism. Thanks! Package Depot :)

I loved the service. These people are really helpful I had to ship a package to Mexico and they knew exactly what to do. I recommend using their service as compare to others in town.
