OAK LIQUIDATORS SELLS CHEAP FURNITURE AND YOU PAY MORE THAN THREE TIMES THE STICKER PRICE. I BOUGHT A COUCH AND LOVE SEAT, ONE OF THE BOARDS BROKE IN BACK OF THE LOVE SEAT AND POKED RIGHT THROUGH THE MATERIAL. TOOK IT BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY'D GIVE ME ANOTHER SET. I LOOKED OVER THE ONE ON THE FLOOR OF THE WAREHOUSE AND FOUND THE SAME BOARD BROKEN AND POKING OUT THE BACK. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AS I WAS PROMISED I WOULD BE ABLE TO GET, AND WAS TOLD NO. THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER SET. ONE WEEK LATER THE CUSHIONS ON THE LOVE SEAT WENT FLAT AS A TORTILLA. I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO THE HOUSE THAT THERE IN MY LIVING ROOM THEY REFILLED THE CUSHION WITH MORE STUFFING. A WEEK LATER THE CUSHIONS ARE ALL LUMPY.ON ONE SIDE AND FLAT IN THE OTHER. I MADE A BIG MISTAKE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM BUT I LEARNED MY LESSON. I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR RATING FOR THE BUSINESS AND HAD TO CHOOSE ONE STAR, BUT THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE. OH, I FORGOT, THEY WRITE IN THINGS ON THEIR CONTRACTS AND TELL YOU DON'T WORRY ABOUT THESE THINGS I'M ADDING ON, THEY DON'T MEAN ANYTHING, THEN ASK YOU TO SIGN. WHEN I ASKED, THEN WHY WOULD YOU RIGHT IT DOWN, HIS EXACT RESPONSE "OH, JUST FORCE OF HABBIT" OH MY GOD, SO UNDER HANDED.......

Consistent poor customer service of many years, but unusual when you visit other stores.

This is in response to "goggle girl's"review. I have been a customer at Visalia Oak Liquidaters for many years.I have always had great friendly service. As a matter fact I have been personally helped by Wes and have found him to be very friendly and kind. I have also been helped by others who work there and have always have found them to be very helpful. In addition the furniture I have purchased there has always been very affordable and of high quality.Once I was even allowed to return an item after the grace period just because I wanted a different style and was not charged an additional delivery fee. I would highly recommend Oak Liquidators to my closest friends and family.

They sell crap then try to rip you off by giving you off the floor stuff and saying its new. Making you pay full price. Their delivery prices are worse charging $69 even if you live a block away. Delivery service is really bad. I've had a table and chairs put together buy some creepy looking guys who didn't even put all the screws in my chairs. Some guy in a black shirt named Wes was so rude when I talked to him acting like he's god or something. Ya the stuff is cheap but you really have know idea how cheap. They mark stuff up 400% making a fortune off hard working people like you and me. If your looking for the furniture they sell then I highly suggest "GOING STRAIGHT TO THE MANUFACTURE AND GETTING IT FOR THE PRICE THEY PAY". They don't want the people to know about this.
