Overall I wanted what was best for my son and Dan got me that. There was no false hope or empty promises. If anything, I was surprised how everything went my way. Thanks Dan. Will def use you in the future, if needed.

Very upfront. Doesn’t tell you what you want to hear he tells you what you need to hear. Did an amazing job and won my child custody case for me after I had lost all hope. Very easy to deal with and answered all my questions. Very reasonably priced compared to another lawyer I had consulted. Would recommend to anyone

Well my experience with Mr. Daniel and his wife is still being experienced and I rest easy at night they are on my side. On a personal note I trust and believe both are fighting for me and my child's relationship and wellbeing. Mr. Daniel is a man of few words- in person (which had me a little skeptic at 1st) but as we meet up in court, I can see he is about business and am glad I choose him to fight for me. I hired Mr. Daniel Bern because I heard he was the best in town and that’s exactly what I needed. He and his assistant are exactly that! Daniel is a beast in the court room to say the least. Daniel has fought tooth and nail for me. He and his assistant were always there to answer my calls and text even after hours just to make sure we got everything done on time and to make sure I understood everything every step of the way. He is in my opinion the very best in the legal profession. I have already referred friends to him and they say the same. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

First of I'd like to say that Mr. Bern is an egotistic self centered person. Did not provide good services as promised. Also Dan is a very sensivtive individual that can't take what he dishes out. Reached out to him in an email, stating that i did not want a repeat of what happened in court for custody hearing,which by the way was basically a dope sitting on his hands, and he didn't even have the balls to email me back had his wife take care of it. I think i could have done a better job without the attorney present Then he has the audacity to charge me for "recieving" paperwork from child support lol. Needless to say Daniel Bern is a joke of an attorney please do not waste your money on someone like him.

Mr. Bern is an outstanding attorney. He is straight forward, honest, very intelligent and fights very hard for you. Sometimes, we as clients would like to see our case go a certain way because we think we know how it should be going but there is a reason why we are not attorneys and have to hire one. I put my faith in God and that led me to hire a attorney and Mr. Bern was who I picked. I gave him all my trust and sometimes I could not see where he was going with my case but I had to be patient and it payed off. Mr. Bern got me full custody of my 9 year old twins, my baby girl is Down Syndrome and it was that much more important that I get full custody of them. I highly recommend Mr. Bern to everyone. Any and every question or concern that I had was answered in a timely manner by him or his very knowledgeable Secretary, Mary.

Let me offer this counter to the previous review as I personally found Dan was 100% opposite of everything the 1 star reviewer wrote. I have the impression that the less than 5 star reviewers are people that had unrealistic expectations and/or were trying to use Dan for all the wrong reasons.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dan. Dan is trustworthy, straightforward, and a downright nice guy. Dan and Mary (paralegal) are efficient and EXTREMELY knowledgable. I had a 5 year battle with my ex that started in Fresno and was transferred to Tulare to create delays in my custody battle. In my initial consult with Dan he listened, asked basic questions, educated me on Family Law code, and set my expectations for what was to come.

Within one month he had a court date on the calendar, mediation was set, and a contested hearing was booked. Dan fought in court, made great citations and arguments, and put the two highest priced Family Law lawyers (even ones marked as CFLS) in town in their place. In less than 6 months I went from struggling with child support payments and battling out with my ex over a complex 25 page custody order, that her lawyer wrote, to a simple 6 page order and no child support.

That doesn't come from magic, it came from his experience, knowledge, and quality of work.

If it weren't for Dan I wouldn't have a say in my kids' life and a say to help raise them. That is where my thanks is coming from.
