They do not allow returns so keep this in mind if you are planning a gift, I did not ask for money back but an exchange and they do not allow that either. They did let me know this was a rush shipment I can fully understand charging me the shipping but 800.00 wasted for something I can't use. I am happy to know to shop where I can return if I need to
