The managers made a mistake on my account (took payment for four months, but only credited me for three months). The manager present immediately accused me of being delinquent when I came in to find out why my access code was denied. Without listening to my explanation or reviewing my account, she continued to dispute my claims. I have never been late on a payment (I generally pay far in advance of the due date). She continued to disrespect me, even after reviewing my payment receipts. The receipts proved that I'd paid, but she only gave me "conditional" credit, demanding further proof, and writing that I "claimed" to have paid . Other clients were present and I was very embarrassed as she called my account delinquent and said she was "giving away money" and "free rent." When I returned to pay for the next month, she was speaking to someone else regarding my encounter with her and was openly criticizing me to this third party. I had to knock loudly several times to bring her out to the office to receive my payment. The whole experience was horrifying and I want to remove my things as soon as I get back into town.

Darells mini storage contacted her and told her that her unit might have been tampered with. When my niece arrived she went to her unit and it was emptied out. I asked if they could review the video and the lady said their system was not equipped with a DVR and the system was only monitored with no recordings. I asked her why they didn't call the police once they seen the lock had been pryed from the door. She had this blank stare on her face and said she didn't want to discuss my niece's case. I told her she didn't have to because my niece was coming back and called the police to report the burgulary. The lady spontaniously said it could not have been one of their employees. Yeah right who else would know they don't record daily activity. I'm taking my stuff out as soon as possible.
