Amazing service. Fast on time and super nice.

It was horrible. I ended up cancelling my ride. I called and made an appointment after repeating everything twice. He also had to since he spoke very broken English. He said they would be here in 15-20 minutes. I called back after 45 minutes and he said they would be right here. Then he called me and I have no idea what he was saying. This is horrible service. A lady usually schedules appts and it is good. But this person was horrible and I got no ride.

Fast, on time, friendly and reliable. The very best for airport drop off’s and pick ups. You can’t go wrong!

horrible service I needed to go to an appointment and they hung up on me twice never going through them again I'd rather walk! The lady who answers is RUDE!

Terrible I'm not the type to call a taxi but if I would this would be the most horrible lying false advertisement for me and friends--

I took a taxi to VBC on a Saturday. When i left around 12:30. I called ABC to pick me up. They said it would be about 20 minutes. I told them where i was and I would be walking down Main st. No one ever came by for me. As i walked i continued to call them to tell them where i was. I was half way down goshen with my last call. They said they were right down the street and would be right there. No one ever came by. I ended up walking over five miles in the middle if the night and didnt get home til 2am. Thanks for nothing ABC taxi. I wont be using you again.

Hi, my name is Carrie Sue how do you'll do. I'm one of the day time drivers and I work 5 days a week and I love my job. I drive the Green van cab around town. I love helping the elderly folks in and out of my cab. And I love helping grocery shoppers load and unload groceries. As for the babies I just love,love,love. them all so very much!!!

I left my keys in the cab on a Friday morning and I called them Sunday morning. They had my keys and were extremely helpful. I am from out of town and it would have been a nightmare if they didn't help. Lots of cab companies wouldn't go the extra mile...they did. Thank you,Padraic. I called at 2:10 for a taxi ride, an expected wait of ten minutes. After 15 minutes, I called again for an ETA. ABC taxi said it would arrive in five minutes. After another 15 minutes had passed, we called again. It was another 10 minute wait period. And after 48 minutes, no driver nor dispatch called or arrived to the pick up location. I called dispatch to alert them of this inconvenient and dishonest service (if you say 10 minute wait, then it should be a 10 minute wait, hence my opinion of dishonesty). I called dispatch to express complaint with the service. Dispatch was unhelpful, unapologetic, and uninterested.

I am and have been the new night dispatcher since February 2012 my name is Traci we are very dependable and friendly no matter how much u cuss me out I love my job and can guarantee no matter how long it might take u can depend on the nice pretty voice to make u feel like u r priority because u are so I think everybody needs to taxi with ABC we r winners and u won't get a dui guarantee!I work tues thurs Fri sat try us again I love being there for our valuable customers without u the phones r dead then post a review luv ya!

They are terrible, left me waiting on numerous occasions for over an hour till I no longer needed a taxi, you can Literaly walk across this town faster then they will get u there. This town needs a new taxi service these people don't deserve to have jobs.

If you want a taxi on a weekend. plan on a 1-11/2 hour wait . Also the dispatcher is known for forgetting your information so plan on numerous calls.

Avoid ABC Taxi like the plague. Horrible dispatchers-the old lady(Margaret) and the young one.They cuss at you-they don't care about anyone-they left my friend outside a supermarket twice for 6 hours till late at night-a stranger offered her a ride home. What is wrong with these people? Are they stupid or just plain mean? I would not be surprised if they run out of customers. If they do that with my friend, how do they treat old folks and ladies with children? How come Jim the owner lets these things happen-doesn't he know?
