The physicians are wonderful, but the office staff are awful, uncaring. I tried to scheduled for my annual appointment today and was told by Becky(rude scheduler) that I could no longer been see, because of my Tricare Prime ins... She had NO clue what she was talking about. I had to inform her that I could be seen, because Tricare was my secondary ins. She put me on "indefinite hold" finally came back to the line to tell me that I was correct, but in the future would not be able to schedule an appt if I have Tricare as my only ins. What type of crap is that. I guess they don't need my business, if I need to beg for an appt... I'm looking for another Gyn. OMG! She was so nasty. I asked to speak with her manager and she put me on hold again and came back to tell me that I needed to call back for the manager.

If you want a pleasant experience having a baby, look elsewhere! "We're a business and we need to make money!" to quote Colleen - the awful office manager.

Too many cons to even point out a few pro's. Only a few Dr's are just OK.

They are just too big to treat moms to be with any proper bedside manner. You are just a number here unfortunately!

BTW - alot of moms say the same - just won't speak up about it. One star is too many for me honestly!
