Always treated very well from entrance to exit at this business. Friendly greetings and expert therapists. Now offering facials--glad to see that. Happy that I can now treat myself to both at the same facility! The owner really cares about her customers and her business!

The best place to get a massage, and I've been to many in Hampton Rds. I lived here since 1999 and can't count how many massages I've had-- so grateful for Tru Massage! I feel my shoulders relax just walking in the door. The color, decor, calming sounds and smells are lovely. Has an Asian influenced feel that's really nice. The massage therapists are so talented as well and will focus on specific areas needing extra attention. Definitely try them out, I recommend them to friends all the time who return as well. Great place!

I've been a Tru Massage client for over 4 years - 99 massages and counting! I absolutely love the place; clean; spacious; well lit; friendly owner and receptionists; serene setting and sounds. And then there is my therapist - Chris Wall. He does an amazing job of customizing my massage based on what needs attention each time. I spent 34 years in the Navy and suffered from lower back and shoulder pain which is literally gone from my body now. In coordination with my chiropractor, Chris has literally cured my lower back problems.... I find his massages the perfect combination of pressure and relaxation and I highly recommend him AND Tru Massage of Virginia Beach.
