The Telephone Guy is your full service business telecom sales and service provider, with an emphasis on service to any Nortel and Avaya system. We offer business telecom service, office cabling, phone system moves, and new systems sales. We sell the Avaya IP Office. With 30 years of experience, The Telephone Guy is an experienced telecom resource in Hampton Roads at a price that is very reasonable. No gimmicks or contracts, we charge a fee for service at $75 per hour- the lowest of any provider. We are the Hampton Roads service company for large retailers like Lowe's and PETA, but also countless other chain stores and local business who want a competent, experienced, local telecom resource. We are BBB accredited. Many independent telecom guys are "ham & eggers" -they know a little about business telecom, but are more comfortable putting in a security system or hooking up a phone in the house. We're not that guy. Chuck Hartman, the owner, has years of experience in the industry working for Nortel and Bell Atlantic, and has learned the hard way through years of working through different systems, basic to complex.
