They’re not just roofing. I had a fence installed and a home pressure wash. They performed the jobs better than expected at a very reasonable price.

My roof was 22 years old and I was having problems with leaks. I decided to contract for a replacement with Skye-Brynn after getting multiple estimates. They were also recommended by two other friends. Glenn Sweitzer, President/CEO was very personal in providing the contract. His crew completed the work exactly as the contract stated. Clean up was perfect. This review is written after two rain storms and there is not a leak to be found. I would highly recommend Glenn and his company,

These men did a fantastic job on my church. I will be using them for all future services. I rarely take the time to do a review, but in this case it was a must.

Contacted Skye-Brynn on the advice of the next door neighbor to check the roof and give an estimate for repair or replace due to leaking issues. This home is a rental property and I have a PM but the contractors they send to the house don't always do the best work. Glenn gave me an estimate for less than the PMs contractor with architectural shingles instead of the 3-tier originally wrote up. His crew was there and completed the entire replacement in one day which was a great relief to my tenants. I waited till after the first heavy rainfall to write the review since I wanted to know if any of the leaks showed themselves. Per the tenant, NO LEAKS!! Best part about it was I has a sunroom added about 10 yrs ago and since it was put in there were ALWAYS leaks where it connected to the roof. No matter how many times the work was called in, it was never properly repaired. Now that leak is gone and my tenants, myself and my kitchens wood floors all thank you.

The storm door on the front of my house was falling off at the hinges. Glenn was repairing one of my neighbors houses that had gone up in flames. I asked him for an estimate, he thanked me for my military service (I was in uniform) and we set a date for the repair. He and a few workers showed up showed up on time and completed the repair. Extra materials and a little extra labor were needed, he never raised his original rates. Glenn is a good man and a good contractor. I would and will recommend him to anyone.

After review with quotes and follow up discussions with five contractors I realized that the roof system that Skye-Brynn proposed and installed is far better than as one contractor put it "what I quoted is all that you need" well it the roof on my house and I want more than the minimum. I received the quality in workmanship and material that Glenn promised. The quality difference of the material, work performed and unbelievably cleanup far out weights the minor increase in percentage cost, you do get what you pay for and I was paying for a roof on my home. I talked with Glenn and Dustin each day and was impressed with the honesty and integrity. As I said I am an engineer and I would recommend Skye-Brynn to anyone and for me that's saying a lot.

My wife and I interviewed several contractors and requested pricing to do the roof, siding, trim and gutters. Glenn gave us a fair and reasonable estimate and presented it with the utmost professionalism. Glenn and Dustin and his crew were onsite when they said they would be and treated our property as if it was their own. Everyday before they left it was swept down and cleaned up.

I will not hesitate to contact them with any future needs and I would very much recommend them to friends and family.

The Test Of Time ............. It's been about 2 to 3 years since I had approximately 20,000.00 worth of work done, new roof, aluminum wrap, wood replacement and painting. I have to say ........... my house looks as good now as when they left after the repairs. Thanks again Glen for the outstanding work .......... Kevan ;-)

We called Skye Brynn about doing some repairs on a house in Kempsville. After meeting with Glenn and Dustin and hearing their ideas we decided to hire them to do a complete renovation. They handled everything: roof repair, siding and trim, heat and air, electrical work, plumbing, drywall and painting, tile and carpet, structural repair, tearing down old sheds and fencing and hauling away trash left by tenants. They did it all. Glenn even had the flower beds cleaned and mulched. They took a tired and worn looking house with 3 1970’s bathrooms and transformed it into a showplace. Our realtor assures us the renovation will pay for itself in increased sales price and we didn’t have to do a thing, they handled it all. Dustin and his crew were great to work with and we are amazed at what they accomplished.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have worked with contractors my entire life as an engineer. These guys are a joke. No communication skills, no timeframe commitments, and less than desirable work. They have some good guys but they have no supervision usually and are constantly being pulled off one job to switch to another. No consistent performance at all. It took them 5 months to build a shed and put a roof over a back porch. Additionally they tried to nit pick details in the end to save money. I am so glad they are gone now. PLEASE do not even think about calling these people.

We called Skye-Brynn after a recommendation by a friend who had his roof replaced by them and liked the job they did. Glen came out and met with us to discuss the products and process and give us a fair quote. We paid one third down and the rest upon completion. We made our appointment and were contacted two days before they planned to come out. Glen, his son, Dustin, and the whole crew promptly arrived at 7 a.m. They were professional and diligent in their work and worked well as a team. Everyone was polite and friendly and did an outstanding job. Since we also had ridge vents cut and a skylight replaced, they came out for part of the next day, again, getting right back to work at 7 a.m. They were exceptional about cleaning up and we haven’t found any nails in our driveway and only a few on our back deck. The job was completed on schedule and on budget. Our new roof looks great and we now feel we have some peace of mind. We would definitely recommend Skye-Brynn Enterprises to others.

Unbelievably rude! I made an appointment to meet Glen at my 80 yr old mother's vacant house to discuss window repairs/replacement prior to selling her home. The day of the appointment, Glen called to reschedule for the next day at 9am because of his personal health issues. Of course, I understood and said no problem, that I would meet him at 9am the next day. I reminded him that it was not my residence, that it was a vacant house and that I lived a city away. The next day, I drove to the house and waitied.....and waited....not only did Glenn not show up, but he never returned my phone calls. I waited a week, called him up and asked if he remembered me and our appointment.....he rudely asked, "Did you call to ridicule me or reschedule an appointment?" Juggling an infirm parent while dealing with unreliable contractors who refuse to apologize and aggravate the situation by rudeness is not what I had in mind when I contacted Skye-Brynn. I'd give this firm zero stars if it were possible.

Highly Recommend

I had the downstairs renovated with laminate floors through out. Granite counter tops,and tile floor and backsplash done. Also had a complete remodel of the master bath.removed the tub and replaced with a shower unit. Glen and his crew are top notch. I would highly recommend Glen and Skye-Brynn Enterprises, inc. I had major structural issues in my home. Glenn was wonderful, and Dustin did an excellent job of overseeing the project. Everyone who was brought in to work on my home was respectful and did an excellent job. They did such a good job that I hired them to complete some additional work that needed to be done - installing hardwood floors. I highly recommend them.

Glenn put in a new sidewalk for me. Although it was a relatively small job for him, he treated the job with extreme professionalism. The job was completed on time, and the work was excellent. Great attention to detail.

Glen and Dustin with Skye-Brynn did a great job adding a 2 car driveway to my detached garage connecting it to patio with a one car width driveway. They also replaced my privacy fence and put a staircase in my garage to create easier access to the garage attic. I was very pleased with their work and commitment to making sure that the job was being done quickly and professionally even with the weather delays this winter. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone with small or large construction or repair work needed.

Skye-Brynn did an outstanding on my roof replacement and when they finished on schedule the clean up was perfect. I will call them first for any construction work I need.
