Brought my Canon Camera in to have it cleaned for $75.00. Once they got the camera, they contacted me saying the lens was not focusing. Well it was when I dropped it off for cleaning. At that point I had no other choice than to pay to have it fixed since it's in expensive lens and the only one I really use. Well, I get the camera back, the lens is still broken and it make matters worse, the digital card won't work. Of course they claim they did nothing to the camera but prior to taking it there to have it cleaned, it was taking great pics as always. To replace this camera will cost me at least $ 600.00. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER use Ritz camera for anything. Period. Oh yeah, I spent $178.00..got back a broken camera and of course they didn't refund a dime. What happen to the days when the customer was always right??? Prior to this I had purchased every camera I ever brought from there and had done so since 1980. Well not anymore. I would suggest you do the same.
