They did an excellent job! First, all throughout the repair process they consistently communicated with my husband and I which is hard to come by these days. Second, they went above and beyond what they were required to do-my car looked brand new upon picking it up! They basically detailed the car and did nice extras like repairing dings/dents/scratches. I was very impressed with their representative Mike and his professionalism. Overall great experience, would go back!

Absolutely terrible. My Boyfriend was deployed when his truck was involved in a hit and run, they told me the the truck would take a week to fix, its been almost 2 months, and the situation is still not done. The main guy who works there is too scared to come the phone and talk to myself or my boyfriend, thank goodness he is home from deployment and can help handle the situation, We got the truck back and they couldn't even fix everything. They said they would write a check to pay for a part that couldn't be fixed, thats been over 2 weeks now. DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE SEND YOU THERE!
