Long Jewlers is the worst jewelry store by far. Their customer service is horrible. Be careful if you take your jewelry their because they will replace your real diamonds with fake ones. If you have ever been to long jewlers to get a piece of jewelry appraised or fixed- get a second opinion from another jeweler! The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I must say i was amazed how educated and friendly the staff is there!! Didn't blow me over with questions on coffee or water. Atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. every customer that was there that day were repeats, and that gave me a great feeling of trust. Prices were great and love the fact that they have Hearts on Fire. I will not go anywhere else for my jewelry needs.

I went to the one on Shore Drive and received good customer service. I got a fair price on a consignment piece and good deal when it came time to "trade up" to something better!
