had to stop in here after work to check on rates for this place. the guy working the counter showed me around the place and I got to see the rental unit. they have decent rates and a rental truck to use for free so I signed up with them. so far no problems.

Great place to go and rent a space. Also inexpensive and also the customer service is tops. The manager knows exactly the right answers to all your questions. The girl we had helping us afterwards showed us spaces to rent and was very polite. I am impressed on how they handle busy and treat their customers. Thanks

Everyone was very helpful! Overall, my experience was great but with one small issue. I called for information at a specific jack rabbit location and the phone went to a call center. The person answering the call was nice but was unable to give me a price for the unit sizes.

Doing an excellent job.

I was amazed at how nice everything was. It was far superior to any other rental place I had researched. My brother and I both felt like we were at the "Cadillac" of storage places. At my last one, they wouldn't even let me use their trash to throw away something. It was so clean and the people were amazingly nice and helpful. The lady at another storage place was very rude to us. What a difference at your place. It cost a little more, but it's worth it!!

Easy enough with jack rabbit. I tried a couple of other storage places and I was not impressed with the service or the facility. I've even used the "climate controlled" storage and I was not impressed (a pain to move my stuff into their space and I really didn't need it in climate control). At jack rabbit I could just pull up to the door and unload (much easier). Not spend the extra money or the hassle with "climate controlled" storage...it was a pain.
