Terrible customer service. Order product from them; at best they sent me seconds or they took tamper resistent seals off packaging, removed product from boxes and sent me what I ordered. Either way completely unprofessional. Tell me I have to pay shipping both ways to send their junk product back to them.

I knew nothing about all the latest and greatest. They walked me through each diaper and all the different ways to choose. So much info that I had to ask over and over again until I had it all under wraps. From washing to soap to types of liners. They were patient and very thorough and understanding. Very Very knowledgable. I use flip for travel and all in ones for overnights. With a liner of course. Much more there than just diapers. I love to shop there. Its my little extra money that I get to use.
