Horrible unprofessional company! Sent me the wrong item and refuse to give my money back or to pick up the phone. BUYERS BEWARE

I want to start out by saying that I was a big fan of the store until I actually placed an order. I place an order very late one night and decided to call the next day to inquire if they actually received it since it was placed so late. I called that morning and asked the sales rep if she received my order. I was told ma'am did you receive an email confirmation and I told her no. I was then asked my name too lookup the order that way. I then told er that I will check my email while she searched by my name. She came back to the phone and said no we didn't receive

Your order. I then told the rep that I received a number beginning with two,letters at the end of my order she then said in her RUDEST voice and TONE ma'am if you received that number

Your order was confirmed. I tried to explain tat I didn't receive tat number in a separate email but at the end of my order. She confide my order. I went in to ask her about shipping. I asked what was the expected time of delivery ad was told in a very RUDE manner ma'am check our website. Under shipping. I was blown away with response. I asked f she was the owner and she said no but you can seal to her now hold on. Again blown away. I simply inquired and was passed along like a cheap paper plate.



Ms. Savage (The Owner)got on the phone and immediately start talking. "Ma'am you were on speaker and I heard everything and she was telling you that if you have that number your order was received. I told that I admired her sight for awhile but this was the fiirst time that I ordered from them and didn't knitwear that the number at the end of the order was the confirmation number, that I was expecting an email with te information. I further went on to explain that I inquired about the shipping because I work as a sales shipping rep for the USPS and wanted to know what service was used to ship that I might estimate the time of delivery. Ms.Savage the owner was quick to talk over me and defend her clerk. She went on to say that she values her customers and that's how they stay in business. I thought for a slight moment that she was really understanding me as a customer.. But nooooooo I was so wrong. I told her that work as a Sales rep for USPS and could possible show her how to receive addtional discounts on her shipping. Ms. Savage the owner quickly put me back in check. "I'm already getting a discount my husband

Works for the USPS and he already has me setup. I got a printer and everything. She obviously that I had no idea what I was talking about as she was very dismissive of me. I quickly ran like a wounded soilder. I clearly goes to show you that you really can't support everybody. I have never been treated like that by an Owner. I plan to NEVER order from them again the Customer Service was less than quality.
