they won't even let customers use their phones at all even when you're just trying to transfer money from your savings to your checkings just so you could have enough to make a purchase there. they just lost $141 from me. they won't let me use the phone just to do that. it's not like i was using the phone to call my friends or anything like that, just trying to use the phone so i could get money to buy things from that store. they're inconsiderate and heartless towards their customers. they told me to go use the payphone or the phone at the cox store and first of all there's no payphones at the mall anymore and second of all the phone at the cox store doesn't even work when i tried to use it and third of all why do i need to go somewhere else to use the phone when i could just use their phone just so i could money into my checkings acct from my savings to buy clothes from over there. they're just ridiculous!!! after the way i was being treated i'm not shopping at that american eagle anymore!!!
