As a woman who admittedly knows nothing about cars and has been ripped off more times than I care to admit, the gentleman who works at the counter here is one of the nicest, most honest people I have met in any store, never mind an auto store.

I thought my husbands motorcycle needed a new battery which I was ready to pay for. However, over the course of the transaction, he asked me politely what lead me to think this. After I told him what had occurred, he explained it might not be the battery, and might instead be the charging mechanism and offered to test both so I didn't buy something I didn't need.

Speaking to my boss (I work near by )she told me of many occasions where he was equally helpful to her an other staff.

In the age of online shopping and robot-customer assistance, it is amazing to be reminded just how day-changing some old fashioned integrity and well informed service can be.
