Poor Customer service, assistant manager is definitely there to make a dollar or commission, he shows that. If you have never rented a rental there make sure you take a man with you. Make sure you know the different rates and different times when obtaining your rental that matters. I didn't mind paying any fees, it's how I felt I was treated, not accommodating nor flexible. If you do t know anything about renting a car take someone with you that does, do not go in there without any knowledge as the assistant manager was no help he is there to make a dollar, and charge you feed you really do not need, does not look like he likes his job very dry personality, Ladies were very nice but they don't make the decisions, I will Never rent here again, instead go to Bridgeton great customer service there or Hertz down the street!

Friendly and fast. Pick up and drop off easy.They will even drop you back off after your drop off the rental.

Love his place, they are very accommodating and always have what you need waiting. Very good and courteous customer service.
