We love Dr. Brocksmith! He is the best! We have 2 beagles and they love him also. He takes his time and will chat with you about all of the questions that you are concerned with about your dogs...He's been in business for many years and has taught a lot of up coming interns that even are practising here. !! Karen is the receptionist and is extremely nice and professional.

The receptionist is extremely rude. My dog has not ate for a week and you cannot get her into a vehicle because she is so weak and she is so heavy. So I called to see if the vet would be able to come to the house or not to see her. A friend actually referred me to this place. My dog will likely not make it to the end of the week if someone doesn't come out. She completely disregarded the fact that she will die from this and told me just to call and make an appointment tomorrow and bring her, in after I just told her we cannot. I said I can not being her in but thanks and she said ok thanks and hung up on me. I would seriously reconsider someone who comes in contact with customers first. I never usually complain but she was extremely awful when I am tore up about my dog. Heartless!

amazing vet! heartfelt, compassionate, and knowledgable! Excellent staff, great location, thumbs up in all things. I am a multiple pet owner, and semi knowledgable about animals. Baron Brocksmith is the ONLY one who will take care of my pets.In addition to his wonderful ability as a vet, his contributions to this area are wonderful! Besides all this, he is a really grat person, not only animal smart, but owner smart as well.
