worst ever. rude and lazy counter help. jokes. 2hour wait. left my child.alone for.and hour.in a dark room. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS.USED TO BE A GREAT DOCTORS OFFICE! NOT.NO MORE. been rescheduled twice to sit.for.over 2hours.so.the.lazy cow.at the.counter can call me impatient.

Not happy with service or glasses!!!!!!! I had a lense replaced in my glasses that I bought at Pearle Vision and the lense was completely different from the original in the glasses. I was told that I could not have my money back and that there was not a smaller lense to replace the one I had . So now I have brand new glasses that I have now spent $400.00 on and only wore maybe a total of 10 times and one lense is thin and the other is super thick and sticking out on the edges of the frames. You can't tell me that this is good service! I am taking my business elsewhere. I hope you think twice before going to Bayside Eye Center. The girls at the desk would rather talk in the back instead of get up and help you and if you order contact lenses they'll be stuck together and they will make you call Acuvue yourself to get a new pair. I don't know if I have ever had good service there. I am now just planning on getting the laser eye surgery because it's not worth it!
