I wish there was an option to select -5 stars. I had the worst experience with the Villa Rica location. lF YOU NEED TO RENT A VEHICLE AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST, unless you want to give away over 2k. They charge my credit card over $2,300 for a one day rental that should have been only $67.11; and I have waited over 12 hours for this to be resolved. No one has called me.

I'm three days in and still waiting on resolution. Received an email from their Area Manager which wasn't to mitigate my bad experience and their false damage claim but thanking me for my patience and it's busy season for them. Ending with...Have a fantastic day!

Check my Amex card and pending charges over $3,000 now! My day is far from fantastic!
