.I was ignored, the two guys working helped people who came in before me. No appology when i said something, they just stared at me like they were stupid. Which "p..." Employee obviously was, unmotivated more concerned with taping a box closed than helping then spent so long trying to work the check out i had to ask to use ths restroom. So yes they knew i was there and waiting. Idiot. Morons. No management on duty on a not slow Sat night. When I asked for the guy's name who looked like he was the manager but said he wasn't , I asked his name so I could complain after asking 3 times I finally got it he said " go ahead " meaning complain to management I don't care sound in his voice. I am so angry right now !! I want them fired and the general manager or owner not allowed the store or fired for not training their employees in costumer service or even how to run a cash register!

The manger patty treats get employees pretty rough. You can forget returning anything even if you have your receipt and are in the return policy parameters, and if you bought it from another store and try to bring it here they refuse to do returns from other autozones, crazy! The employees are ok but the store manger is difficult to reason with.

the manager of this store is a complete bi#@$% i dont know how she still has a job here. autozone are you sure your hiring skills are up to par? her customer service skills are a nightmare lacking to say the least ive been in this store several times and everytime shes there i hear nothing but screaming and talking down to employees in front of customers. i have taken my business to 2 other stores directly next door. and will never go back here again poor poor porr to say the least

This store sells defective products and attempting to exchange the defective product is like pulling teeth. I purchased a battery from this location that had no charge. After installing the battery on the same day, car would not start. Upon closer inspection, the battery had a sticker on it that read 2008! The store sells batteries that are 2 years old and no longer work. Returned to store and store confirmed that it had no charge and stated that they would need to charge it for 1 hour before exchanging the battery for a battery manufactured in 2010! After much haggling, the store finally agreed to do an exchange. Avoid at all costs! The store manager is running a circus at this location.

This Autozone is always friendly and knowledgable. They usually have whatever you need in stock and if not, just a day or two it's there. The best part is, they are ALWAYS CHEAPER than even other autozones in the area! This might be due to being out in the sticks "compared to Atlanta". Be it may, it's worth the little drive for better service and LOWER prices!
