Tom Campion/Village Landscaping gave me quote for two services

1. $800 for rocks on side of my house

2. $300 for cutting branches of large tree away from my roof

He came out and completed the rocks, but said he didn't have the equipment to trim tree with him and he'd come back the next week. But, he charged me for both services up front ($1100). Since i paid him for both services 2.5 months ago, he has not come back to complete the job and has ignored my request for a refund of $300 (for service of cutting branches which he has not completed).
