It took them nearly 2 hours to get our cars. There was a trainee left by himself to work out the problem over the phone with his manager, who wasn't pleased with the prepaid price I paid online. Told me the coupon wouldn't take (when I had already purchased online). We were the last to leave airport (even security were leaving). After two hours, and two hungry children under the age of three, we left only to find that all restaurants had closed by this point (had to feed children at gas station).
When retuning the cars, they tacked on additional driver fees (which there were no additional drivers), and didn't take the coupon price, and charged extra. When brought to their attention, they did nothing about it.
Following day, had to call corporate to complain, they handled the extra charges, and repeatedly apologized. It was nice to talk to someone who actually cared about their customer, and knew what to do.
Will rent from budget again, but definitely not from this location. Would advise anyone else to do the same. Enterprise is just the next booth over, and had people in and out in 10 min.
