My transmission malfunctioned on the interstate on a trip through Illinois and fortunately I found this facility. The owners were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make my bad situation as pleasant as possible. The owner knew the problem right away and started working on my rig the next morning, The wife even found me a few local attractions to keep me busy while they were working on my RV. I can not say enough about how happy I was to have found this facility in my time of need.

Vienna Automotive Center, a brand new, 8 bay facility owned by Rob Sullivan. I have taken my cars to Rob for many years when he worked after hours at his home shop and have always found him to be honest, fair, and methodical in his approach. I once had a Honda dealer tell me that I needed a new intake manifold for a little over $1000. Rob was able to clean the carbon out of my existing manifold and I was back on the road for less than $300! Rob's new shop is clean and friendly, with a number of convenient services such as local pick up and delivery and after hours drop off. Rob is one of those mechanics that you're proud to tell somebody about!
