Decided to go with Desert Flooring after looking at several other tile installers and retailers. Heather was great at explaining the materials and prep work required and how they use top materials and expert tile layers that separates them from the pack. We got off to a rocky start when John (also the owner) measured the house sq. ft. and miscalculated by about 200 sq. ft. or about $1600. After re-looking at the calculations it was clear that this was on honest mistake so we went ahead with the install. We asked that everything be included i.e. moving appliances, maid service, and sealing the grout. The installers (Richard & Carlos) were outstanding and did an excellent job. Sealed our foundation cracks, ground down parts of the cement foundation, etc... The maid service provided was also outstanding and they did an excellent job. A week later they came back to seal the grout with no problems. I would highly recommend Desert Flooring if you want quality people doing quality work.
