Mr. Patrick, in electrical and lighting, very knowledgeable and very friendly!! He found exactly what I needed, from a picture with no identifying numbers, and then explained what was interchangeable!! Great man!! Thank you!!#Good Service

Overall it's a good store and a great selection of home improvement but I will say the customer service is sucks in all departments but the washer and dryers the guy was very friendly and helpful

Lowe's used to be my favorite place to shop but lately customer service has gone downhill. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to flooring, after making my purchase the young man loaded 10 boxes of floor tile on my cart and walked away. While I am a 69 y/o female in good health, the cart was still very difficult for me to push to the front. After I checked out I requested assistance to load the boxes in my truck. No one ever came to help so I loaded them myself with the help of a couple who were going into Lowe's. I greatly appreciated their help. In my opinion, Lowe's in now #2.
