Out of all of the vision centers in Broome County that I have ever gone to, I must say that the service at Roberts was the worst. The office is run very schizophrenically. So many employees, but none seem to know what they are doing, It is very easy for a patient to get "lost" in the midst of being passed around like a hot potato. I'm not sure what all of the hype is about this place, because I found my visit to be very disappointing. I will never go back.

One of the largest eye practices in New York, and for good reason. Amazing equipment and compassion for the patients. My family has been going there for three generations. They just keep getting better every year.
