Overall my experience at NY Dental Group is okay, but this review is for the service desk. I caution patients to be familiar with their insurance plan. First, they told me my co-pay was $73 dollars. I am supposed to pay $10 for a filling, so I told them to make sure that was accurate. After they checked they told me that my insurance no long covers fillings and I would have to pay the full price of $374 (not sure if that's the exact number that they said). They wrote this new amount on a paper that I had already signed in which I agreed to pay $73 and proceeded to tell me I had to pay an amount toward the $374 before I left. I had to call my insurance provider and have them fax my insurance information to them. Then when I spoke to NY Dental Group on the phone they continued to tell me I had to pay $73 even though my insurance clearly told me on the phone that my co-pay is $10. I'm not sure if the employee was new. If so, they should work on some employee training before having someone deal with monetary payments. Telling a grad student AFTER they get fillings that their insurance doesn't cover them at all causes unnecessary stress. If I didn't contact my insurance to clear this up they would still be demanding I make these payments.

Being a person who has always feared the dentist, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pannu and his staff. Friendly, Gentle, Prompt, Caring, Priced just right. I love them!!

The dentist identified the problem that my previous dentist had broken the filling and did not repair it correctly, the dentist re-performed the corrective procedure, and now it is better than it ever. I would enthusiastically recommend the dentist and the friendly staff to any friends.

My dentist is truly gifted with both technical skills and calming demeanor. I have never been so comfortable in a dental office before! My dentist performed an implant on me and it was virtually painless! I couldn't believe it!

This place is so awesome that it's not even like you're going to the dentist at all! I love everything about this place and can't wait to get my teeth cleaned again real soon. I might actually go on a regular schedule instead of once every year or two. All-in-all, this is the coolest dental clinic I've ever visited and I didn't think I would ever say that about a dental clinic!

I just recently came to New York Dental Group for a teeth whitening. What brought me here was the great price. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming when you walk in. I have made this my new permanent place for any dental work I may need.

I have been a patient of the New York Dental Group for almost 2 years. You know this has to be an exceptional office as I drive over 32 miles one way to get there. The staff is always very friendly and try to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. It is nice to know that Dr Pannu and his staff are always using the latest cutting edge technology. I love the ultrasonic cleaning instead of scraping at my teeth! When I have had to get shots they were painless!!!!!!! I would highly recommend this office. They will make you part of their family.

I come here regularly every 6 months for a check-up and teeth cleaning. Every time, I have the same great experience. The staff are so nice and treat me like a valued patient. I never have to wait long for my appointment which is nice because I'm a very impatient person.

I chipped my tooth yesterday when I tripped and I started to panic. It was not something that I could hide since it was my front tooth so I called New York Dental Group and they fit me in a few hours later. They really helped calm me down! Thanks New York Dental Group!!

Fabulous dentist! Those two words don't normally go together, but an exception can be made for this Dr.. Prompt, conscientious, and caring, he also has a great group of people on his team.

Excellent work at a fair price. Best dental visit I've had in a long time!
