I would never eat at this place again because it is not a family restaurant if I can I'll give it no stars

OK, I will never eat at Buffet Star in Vestal ever again. We got there about 2:40 for lunch and about 3:05 the waitress comes over and asked if we were having lunch or dinner. We said lunch and she rudely took our plates away and told us we couldn't have what was on our plates. Apparently, having a tiny crab leg on your plate is a big no-no after 3 since it is only for dinner. But to our defense, nowhere does it say that on the buffet and we acquired them before 3. I guess they would rather throw food away and be rude instead of explaining to us that the crab legs are reserved for dinner. Needless to say, it was quite embarrassing and we promptly left.
