I wanted to get more information about this facility; I've heard mixed reviews. First impressions make a world of difference for a business and I was not impressed. The "receptionist" was not friendly at all. Her back was to me when I approached the window. She did not smile or greet me when she finally turned around. She walked away from me as I was in the middle of asking her a question to assist a member. She did not apologize for being rude. She did not say good bye, have a nice day or thank me for stopping in to check out their business. I guess they are doing so well they don't need my business. I'll be going someplace else that actually will appreciate me as a customer.
